Energy storage solutions
Our Principal led Energy Queensland’s $320 million Energy Storage Program end-to-end, from concept and business case development through regulatory approvals, procurement, construction, and commissioning, with full commercial accountability.
To embed energy storage as a new asset class, targeted gap analyses ensured training, work practices, governance, maintenance, data, analytics, and performance reporting were established to support safe, scalable operations.
Isolated energy solutions
Transitioning from diesel generation in remote and isolated networks requires careful consideration and a strategy that ensures customer energy expectations can be met.
There are many challenges for how to transition an isolated network to a renewable energy solution and ensure that customers are engaged in the journey. We have past experiences in developing strategies for the renewable energy transition for isolated networks.

Glenn spent over 18 years at energy Queensland and was always involved in new forward thinking ideas, projects and concepts.
Community batteries
Delivering Queenslands first communtiy batteries
The first community batteries were delivered in Queensland for Energy Queensland and Origin Energy by Glenn. The project concept was initiated, products developed, installation, work practices, operational control, asset management, and more, all delivered by the team established by Glenn.
Network batteries
Delivering 30 x 4MW / 8Mwh batteries across Queensland
Glenn initiated and commenced the delivery of 30 4 MW batteries across Queensland. At the start there was only Glenn, he built the team, developed the strategy, and progressed through implementation. The project entailed all aspects of delivering a new asset class into a large organisation. Procurement, design, standards development, work practices, change management, legal, regulatory, operational practices, asset management, training, off take agreements, stake holder engagement…
Electric vehicle charging
Delivering Queenslands first electric vehcile charging network
While Queensland now has an extensive EV charging network this was not the case in 2017. The very first EV charging as part of the EV Charging Super Highway was concepted, initiated and delivered by Glenn, starting a network of chargers back in 2017 that would enable an EV to travel the 2,000km from one end of Queensland to the other.
